Suggestions: adjust the exposure parameters, choose a high-resolution model, and shake the resin thoroughly before use

Q: What should I do if the model falls off, breaks, or the bottom layer falls off during printing?
A: The first layer is not exposed enough, the model is not firmly adhered to the platform, and the platform is not leveled in place, resulting in local adhesion failure and insufficient support (especially the bridge body and edge area)
Suggestions: Increase the exposure time of the first layer (usually 5-8 times that of the normal layer), check whether the platform is level, add enough support structures in CAD, and avoid hanging areas

Q: After printing, the model is soft and easy to deform. What is the reason?
A: Insufficient exposure time or insufficient post-curing time, low printing environment temperature (recommended 20-25°C)
Suggestions: Extend the post-curing time by 5-10 minutes and ensure that a UV lamp with a wavelength of 405nm is used.

Q: Is it normal that the model feels slimy or has an unclean surface?
A: Not normal. After printing, the model must be thoroughly cleaned of uncured resin:
Recommended cleaning process: Soak in 95% isopropyl alcohol or professional cleaning fluid for 1-2 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning is better, avoid over-immersion, and perform secondary curing after cleaning

Q: What if the size of the printed model is inaccurate and cannot be inserted into the denture or braces?
A: It may be due to slight shrinkage of the material or uncalibrated software parameters:
Recommendation: Add 0.05-0.1mm gap compensation in the design software, ensure that the exposure schedule that matches the printer is used, use the "shrinkage compensation parameters" provided by the resin manufacturer, or print calibration model debugging

Q: What if the effect becomes worse after the resin has not been used for a long time?
A: Sedimentation and stratification may cause printing failure:
Recommendation: Shake or stir the resin thoroughly before printing, seal and store in a dark place after each use, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, and the recommended service life is within 6 months after opening

Q: The printing speed is slow, can the printing efficiency be improved?
A: Increase the layer thickness (from 50μm to 100μm, but it will sacrifice some precision), shorten the lifting height and return speed, and choose a "fast curing formula" repair model resin

Q: Can model resins from different batches or brands be mixed?

A: Not recommended. Different brands of resins have different ingredients, pigments, and photosensitizers. After mixing, the following may occur:
